6. Updates
Updates may install automatically. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates and patches.
7. Privacy
Usage of Software is bound by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to data handling practices described therein.
8. Warranty Disclaimer
The Software is provided “AS IS,” without warranty of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
TechTorq is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Software.
10. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify TechTorq against claims arising from misuse or violations of this Agreement.
11. Termination
TechTorq may terminate access anytime for violation of terms. Users must cease all use upon termination.
12. Export Laws
Users must comply with all applicable international export laws and regulations.
13. Governing Law (EU)
This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the European Union. Any disputes shall be resolved in courts under EU jurisdiction.
14. Amendments
TechTorq may revise this Agreement. Continued use implies acceptance of updates.
